The cottage-style bungalow is situated in a quiet location in the far north of Northumberland, close to Berwick, the East coast, the Borders towns and the Cheviots.

It comprises two double bedrooms, dining / living room with a real fire, modern kitchen including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and dishwasher, bathroom with electric shower and electric heaters throughout.

Directions:

A1 north, passing Morpeth

A697 signed to Coldstream, turn right on the B6354 after driving through Wooler and Milfield, signed for Ford and Etal.

Left at the T junction, through Etal and Duddo is the next village.

1 Tower View is the first bungalow in the village on the left, looking towards the tower.

For parking access, turn first left after the bungalows and left again along the track running behind. Park at the far end.

Domestic Arrangements:

There is no television and no telephone installed.

Bed linen and quilts are provided but please supply own towels.

The fire heats the hot water, but there is also an immersion heater in the kitchen.

There are timers and thermostats for each of the heaters.

No smoking and no pets please.

Places to Visit:

There are lots of places of interest and walks. Maps, books and leaflets are available.

Only 15 minutes from Berwick, the East Coast, Holy Island and the Cheviots.

Duddo Stone Circle is about a mile away.

Places to Eat:

The Red Lion and Country Kitchen in Milfield, Blue Bell at Crookham, Black Bull at Etal, Black Bull at Bowsden and The Plough at Allerdean are all within a 10 minutes drive.
